fcitx-keyboard software package provides X Keyboard Integration wtih Fcitx, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fcitx-keyboard
fcitx-keyboard is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fcitx-keyboard package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fcitx-keyboard *
You will get with fcitx-keyboard package name, version, architecture and description in a table
